1 Carry out site safety checks.

Points. Heavy ended. Any loose items or moving parts.

3 - Liaise with Crane driver to assess the lifting operations
Agreed Signal Code. Inform Crane driver of safe working load

4 Direct Crane driver correctly End
of shift Hook Raised & Secured. No Load on Hook. Crane left
safe & secure.
