Weight. Size, Location, Lifting Points, Heavy ended, Any loose items or moving parts.

Task 3 - Liaise with Crane driver to assess the lifting operations
Agreed Signal Code. Inform Crane driver of safe working load.

Task 4
Direct Crane driver correctly

End of shift
Hook Raised & Secured. No load on hook, Crane left safe & secure
