MOBILE ELEVATING WORK PLATFORMS
This course provides the basic training with the required health and safety elements, the trainees will be able to operate the platform to a safe standard.
OVERHEAD CRANE OPERATOR
This course is designed to raise the trainee's knowledge of the duties of a Crane operator/driver - For the trainee to be able to control the cranes load, sling and banksman, and deliver loads to a given area safely.
MANUAL HANDLING
With this course, we aim to raise the trainee's knowledge of Manual Handling regulations and want the trainee to be able to estimate lifts to maintain his/her safety.
ABRASIVE WHEELS
We aim to raise the trainee’s knowledge of grinding wheels regulations and be able to safely change a grinding wheel on a hand held grinder, change a wheel on a bench or Pedestal grinder and to dress a wheel true and flat.
TOWER AND LADDER SAFETY
The point of this course is to instruct the operator in the correct and safest way. We want all trainees to assemble and use the aluminium assembly towers and ladders and to make them aware of the safe methods of working at heights when using towers. This incorporates the working from heights regulations as well.
