Welding courses available in MIG, TIG and MMA from novices to testing only covering a wide range of materials.
BASIC WELDING COURSES MMA, MIG, TIG OR PLASMA
We do not set a time for training courses as it is very much at the delegates speed whilst learning and previous experience/knowledge, so a site visit or pre course assessment will help determine the number of days for a novice.
Also the ratio of trainees to instructor on the course will affect the time spent with each trainee.
We would recommend that each trainee welder has a machine for the duration of the practical. There is no exact time set for the course it will be determined by the standard the delegates are required to reach.
WELD TESTING TO BSENISO9606 & BS4872
Our examiner will visit to witness the weld test. On a positive result, our office will produce the appropriate welding certification for all trainees.

CYLINDER ASSEMBLY OXY/ACETYLENE OR PROPANE GAS CUTTING
With this course, we aim to raise the trainee's knowledge of gas regulations, and train them with the knowledge and ability to safely assemble and heat component parts or to make basic cuts with the equipment.
BRAZING/BRONZE WELDING AND SILVER SOLDERING
The ratio of trainees to instructors on the course will affect the time of instruction for each trainee. The higher the ratio the less time available for instruction, one to one being the best ratio, up to 4 trainees would be acceptable.
There is no exact time set for the course it will be determined by the standard required by the customer, the welders previous experience.
A pre course assessment would help with the decision making, and a company visit would be an advantage to finalise the requirements for the course.
